“It takes time, but you want it to take time,” says professional wide receiver Wes Welker, who underwent a hair transplant procedure with Dr. Robert Leonard. After the procedure, results are not instantaneous, because hair growth takes time. Noticeable differences come between six and eight months, with significant results appearing about a year after the procedure.
