The theme of this year’s conference is medical dermatology; Dr. Leonard will educate fellow attendees on the latest surgical and non-surgical treatments of androgenetic alopecia. He is one of just four doctors from the United States invited to participate in this international scientific meeting.

“It’s an honor to be invited to present at this important medical conference and to hear best practices in a variety of disciplines from physicians and surgeons from around the world,” said Dr. Robert Leonard.

The sessions will cover a wide range of dermatological and medical topics including: vascular anomalies, advances in lasers, challenges in medical dermatology, periorbital rejuvenation, hair diseases, pigmentary disorders, and autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Leonard will discuss the latest surgical and non-surgical treatment options for patients suffering with androgenetic alopecia, a common form of hair loss in men and women. Non-surgical FDA-approved options include the Capillus272 PRO laser device, Propecia® (finasteride 1mg) tablets and Rogaine Foam® (minoxidil 5%).
